Compatibility nagios 4 / Naemon

What should be done to make the neb compatible with nagios 4 and Naemon

Please follow the 4.x branch.

The integration should be almost done. It needs some testing though.

In order to build a nagios 4 compatible neb, you should run the following commands:

git clone https://github.com/capensis/canopsis-nagios.git
cd canopsis-nagios
git checkout 4.x
make 4x

Now you should see a neb2amqp-4x.o file. You may proceed the same way you did before in order to load it in nagios.
