[Ui] Add `live reporting` settings in the parameters part of the `List alarms` Widget
As of Canopsis 3.26.0,
Live reporting option is automatically enabled on
List alarms widget. Its default settings are
Last 30 days.
However, when you try to display resolved alarms with a customer who got a bunch of alarms, you can get a timeout error.
The only solution is to change the settings to a shorter time frame, for example
Last 2 days. The problem is that it's only applied to the current user.
Ideally, we should be able to change those default settings from the
Parameters (just like the
columns for example).
