feat(build): Expose 8082 port again in canopsis-api Docker image

dwatteau requested to merge fix/docker-canopsis-api-expose-port into develop

Issue canopsis/canopsis#3073.

Note:

  • we have to do it in a different way in go-engines and go-engines-cat, because they're built differently
  • it's a quick hack, because Alix's work on a buildv2 will do that in a much cleaner way.
  • it's still a configuration that we don't officially support (Consul is not supported) so it's done as a "best effort" only.
